Nutrition is one of the single most important factors when it comes to obtaining results. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle or gain strength,
your nutrition will ultimately be the gate keeper to your goals.
When it comes to nutrition, there is no "one size fits all" plan that works for everyone. I create individual meal plans specific to each client and their goals, while accommodating any specific dietary needs that they may have. I use a scientific formula and specific information about each client to calculate the number of calories each individual will need to reach their goals. Each client will fill out a detailed questionnaire about their current eating habits which I will use to design a properly balanced meal plan specifying what to eat and the amounts.
The goal IS NOT to gain results as quickly as possible, but rather focusing on how to gain results and KEEP THEM!
