Confession:

Before I became a Certified Personal Trainer I was overwhelmed, and sometimes intimidated, by all of the fitness options available today. Online training, personal training, at home training, gym memberships, fitness classes, boot camps -- the list often felt like it was never ending! How was I supposed to know what workout regimen was best for me or if it would even work?
 

That being said, I want to dig in to the services that I offer as a personal trainer to give you a better idea of what it is that I do and see if personal training is right for you. So grab a protein shake, sit back, and get ready to learn!

 

One-On-One Training

 

What it is –

One-on-one time with yours truly, this type of training is a great option for someone who prefers a 1:1 coaching relationship as their primary form of training. If your workouts haven’t been producing the results you’re looking for, you’re struggling to find the motivation to get through a workout on your own, you have a specific goal you're trying to reach, or you desperately need to be held accountable for your workouts, this is a great option for you.

 

What it’s not –

Easy! Each workout will challenge you and push you outside of your comfort zone. You’ll be amazed at how far you can push yourself when someone is holding you accountable.

 

Options –

Single Session

2 Sessions a Week

3 Sessions a Week

 

Two-On-One Training

 

What it is –

Training with yours truly AND a friend/partner/spouse. This type of training is ideal for those who like working out with a partner and who are open to a little friendly competition. Having a workout partner can be a HUGE motivator to get you through your workouts.

 

What it’s not –

Cocktail hour! Yes, we’ll have fun, but be prepared to work hard and challenge each other. When you’re training with a partner you won’t want to be the one to give up first!

 

Options –

2 Sessions a Week

3 Sessions a Week

 

Online Training

 

What it is –

The perfect solution for someone who wants a customized training program based on their current fitness level and goals, PLUS the flexibility of completing their workouts on their own time, whether at home or in the gym.

 

What it’s not –

I won’t be at your gym (or house) holding you accountable. You’ll have a weekly check-in with me once a week to discuss your progress and make any necessary changes to your workout program, but a lot of the accountability falls on you.

 

Options –

3 Sessions a Week
