30 minute one-on-one training sessions
Perfect for individuals with busy, on-the-go lifestyles who want the accountability and consistency of working with a personal trainer, but whose schedules don’t allow them to commit to the popular 60 minute sessions.
What it’s not –
Easy! 30 minute sessions = twice the intensity in half of the time. Each workout will challenge you and push you outside of your comfort zone. You’ll be amazed at how far you can push yourself when someone is holding you accountable!
