Workout Wednesday: Post Halloween

I’m not a parent, so I’m not 100% sure on this, but while scrolling through my Facebook feed this morning I came to one conclusion – I’m pretty sure parents eat more Halloween candy than their kids do. Seriously though, I can’t even tell you how many posts I saw this morning of parents enjoying their kids treats from last night. Which is all fine and dandy (no judgement here!), but everything in moderation people! And jump starting your day with a Reese’s or Snickers? JUST.SAY.NO.

 

That being said, if you enjoyed a few too many fun sized treats last night, try this full body workout to not only get moving today, but also to burn some of those candy calories.
