Workout Wednesday: All About Arms

This week’s workout is inspired by my own workouts that have taken an exciting new turn (more details to follow soon!).


Many people, especially women, are reluctant to start a weight lifting program for fear that they will look bulky or manly. For those who don’t want to lift heavy weights for that reason, high repetition training may be a good option. Benefits of a low weight, high repetition resistance training program include decreased body fat and increased strength and muscle endurance.


Choose a weight that challenges you, but that you can maintain for all three sets of each move. This may take some tweaking at the beginning, so be patient.
