Workout Wednesday: Pre-Turkey Edition

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always worked out on Thanksgiving morning. Call me crazy, but I always feel better going into a major food holiday knowing that I got in a killer workout. It sets the tone for the day and I’m a lot less likely to overdo it with all of the indulgent food options.
